Join us for a relaxing evening of silence and sound in our quaint cabin monastery as we awaken our higher selves through the Christian practice of centering prayer and the Buddhist practice of Zazen. Our meditate with music sessions are held on the first Saturday of every month at 7:00 P.M. Mats and cushions are available for you to use, but feel free to bring your own. Our space is big in spirit but small in size, so we have a 10 person maximum. If you are unable to add a session to your cart, it means the session is full for the date you chose.
